James is a professional plant geek, broadcaster and best selling author of 6 books.  Sharing his home with 500+ house plants he is aways developing new plant based creations that he shares on his hugely popular Instagram account.

James trained at Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew, where he obtained an MSc in Ethnobotany, graduating with distinction.  He has designed multiple show winning gardens and writes regular columns.  James has presented various science, food, gardening and nature shows for a variety of broadcasters and is a regular panellist on Radio 4’s Gardeners’ Question Time.

James is an Ambassador for both Kew Gardens and the Liz Earle Beauty Company.
